Complex projects, combined with stringent time frames and ever-expanding regulatory oversight, require senior professionals, who endeavor to lead the industry rather than just participate. PAH strives to provide our clients with project teams that have proven they can meet these challenges. PAH staff, selected from the best and brightest talent in the industry, has extensive industry experience ranging from fifteen to thirty years with an average experience of over twenty-three years. As a result, the advice we provide is practical, cost effective, and can be readily implemented.

When specialized services are required, PAH can call on a group of senior associates averaging more than 25 years experience in various aspects of mine operations. This allows us to provide clients with an experienced, cohesive project team managed by PAH staff.
Global Experience
PAH's experience is truly global. Work on a global basis requires more than simple application of mining, financial, or other sciences. Regional, cultural, transportation, regulatory, taxation, labor, social, and environmental issues are critical to a full understanding of the project, project economics, and other issues that often must be included in project analysis. Moreover, true global experience allows PAH to contrast political and other risks between various venues so that relative risk and reward can properly be analyzed.
International Standards
Like the industry itself, technical, financial, regulatory, and environmental standards are rapidly becoming more global as numerous regulatory jurisdictions seek to ensure that stakeholders have proper knowledge of mining ventures and the companies that are developing them. PAH is thoroughly familiar with various international standards, including their details, interpretation, intricacies, and application. We regularly apply standards such as those found in Australia, Canada, and the US to activities around the globe. In addition, PAH routinely applies other global standards, e.g., World Bank environmental standards and individual country standards, to ensure the appropriate level of documentation and regulatory compliance is employed.
