Donkin Coal Property , Nova Scotia , Canada

PAH worked with the Department of Natural Resources to assist with the tendering of the Donkin Coal Property at the tip of Cape Breton Island .

Mechel Steel Group

PAH evaluated mine operations, coal reserves, coal quality, and mine plans for four surface and four underground Russian coal mines in conjunction with Security and Exchange Commission requirements for listing on U.S. stock exchanges.

Bowie Coal Mine, Colorado

PAH was retained by Bayerische Hypo- und Veriensbank AG to conduct a due diligence assessment of the active Bowie coal mine located in Delta County, Colorado. PAH has been retained to monitor construction projects including the coal preparation plant and ongoing operation for the life of the loan.

Gaohe Coal Project, China

Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank AG (HVB) retained PAH to act as an independent technical consultant for reviewing geological, engineering, and environmental information related to the Gaohe coal project located near Changzhi city, Shanxi province, in China.

Minera Carbonifera Rio Escondido , Mexico

PAH developed a mining and reclamation plan for Minera Carbonifera Rio Escondido in Coahulia, Mexico for a proposed coal mine. The project location is adjacent to city boundaries, the Rio Grand River, and the U.S. border. Therefore, specific impact mitigation measures for mining and reclamation plans were required.
